Dropped the previous website “OneTrunna” as people kept asking me what it meant and the explanation always started with “so, in first year of university…” which is usually a bad sign.
So, I bought www.TrungTPhan.com because it was $7.99 while www.TrungPhan.com was $395. That’s some bullsh*t.

1. 30 Companies Defining The Future of Media
I made a monster slide deck on companies defining the future of media for Trends.co. It was inspired by a tweet from Blake Robbins, an early-stage VC @ Ludlow Ventures.
I felt old AF making the deck as I didn’t know half the companies beforehand. Blake was nice enough to re-tweet the presentation and you can find an abridged public version of the deck here.
2. Eugene Wei & The Power Of Video
Eugene Wei is one of my favourite writers.
He’s an amazing thinker on business and technology (worked at Amazon, Flipboard, Hulu, Oculus) with a background in media and filmmaking (studied at UCLA’s Film School).
